I’m Anne and it’s a pleasure to have you look in on my little food blog. As a Thermomix user for more than 10 years and an advisor I can tell you the tips, tricks and greatness of this kitchen wonder.
Most of the recipes have Thermomix instructions but please dive in - a sponge is a sponge, and pastry can be made traditionally (but why would you?)

thanks nancy! it was evening and i was using a 10 stop neutral density lens. i will keep working at it as i like the effect- not for everything, you understand!

I think the photos are captured quite well. The bottom one with the pool… is quite neat. Just waiting for it to wake up with the morning sun!
Something I never really fooled around with. I need to take some photography classes.

Thank you Ingrid. It’s a learning curve and quite boring! Waiting for a 10 minute exposure- and then it’s not quite what you’d hoped.
