The groynes have it….

I could have said 'the groins have it..' for my US reader, but that might have seems provocative for others *smiley face*, so let's be clear, however we spell it, I'm talking about a 'piece of coastal engineering that limits the water flow and interrupts the movement of sediment…'

These groynes are at Vazon beach on the west coast of Guernsey. Dogs are not allowed on beach thorough out the summer months so come 1 October it's fun to get striding across the expanse of the beach at low tides such as this. I hope you like!

Thanks for dropping in….

Anne 🙂

Hello! I’m Anne and it’s a pleasure to have you look in on my little food blog. As a Thermomix user for more than 10 years and an advisor I can tell you the tips, tricks and greatness of this kitchen wonder. Most of the recipes have Thermomix instructions but please dive in - a sponge is a sponge, and pastry can be made traditionally (but why would you?) I am a keen amateur photographer too, so if you’d like to see what I’m up to please visit my other Instagram page @vannilla

i'd love to hear from you...
