In my travels around the South West for the A-Z challenge there could only be one K as a serious contender. I have featured Kasha-Katuwe (you see it’s a double K) in a previous post some time ago, and it received some nice comments. It’s a bit of a mouthful but it is also commonly known as Tent Rocks. It is in New Mexico and has the status of a national monument. trust me, if you hike to the top, you will not be disappointed. If you are there in summer, remember it gets hot, so better to start out early morning with plenty of water and battery power in the camera.
