We have been asked to show some walls and say something about their significance. For my first I have gone to Northern Arizona and the absolutely fabulous Canyon de Chelley. This canyon wall, where the dwellings of the ancient inhabitants are carved into the rock, is in a league of its own.
The next shot is of the hillside town of Gaucin, in southern Spain. The mandatory white painting of ALL the walls strikes a pose against the blue Mediterranean sky.
The last wall, the climbing wall, erected in phoenix for the Super Bowl 2015 festivities, brought fun to young and old and a lot more doable than El Capitan!
Have a great day.
