Vibrant- word a week photo challenge

My choice for this week's word, vibrant, is extremely vibrant street art, viewed from the Highline, in one of the most vibrant cities I know, New York. I chose it because I think the world vibrant represents much more than a colour – it's life, it's buzz…

I had so many shots of vibrant flowers and as the warmer weather finally hits Europe my own garden is looking vibrant, but the Murano glass ceiling feature in the Bellagio Las Vegas is nothing if not vibrant.

The vibrancy of Mexican art and crafts demanded an entry in this category. The shot was taken in Santa Fe.

This Scottish owl has eyes as vibrant as any- a 'watching you watching me' moment! I love the blue cloudy sky reflected in his eye.

Hello! I’m Anne and it’s a pleasure to have you look in on my little food blog. As a Thermomix user for more than 10 years and an advisor I can tell you the tips, tricks and greatness of this kitchen wonder. Most of the recipes have Thermomix instructions but please dive in - a sponge is a sponge, and pastry can be made traditionally (but why would you?) I am a keen amateur photographer too, so if you’d like to see what I’m up to please visit my other Instagram page @vannilla
