Weekly photo challenge-curves

Oooooh curves! If only I had known this was going to be the daily post weekly challenge theme this week I would have saved my recent entry of the Frank Gehry Marqués de Riscal building which i recently put in the 'flow' category. It features below because (1)I am not proud (2) it is a brilliant example of curves!

As anyone who reads my posts knows I have just driven to Madrid and back (strictly, been driven) so I looked no further than these shots for curves. First up, above, curvy gambas, prawns to me, and shrimps to my American friends (what's in a name?) We had an all too brief visit to the Mercado San Miguel – so crazily busy, I am amazed I managed to take any shots without people pushing in.

So this is a curvatious feather, I am sure you will agree, and doesn't he wear it well, lol. Just for the record, I did not go to the bullfight but I have nabbed my husband's shot for this challenge.

This silly curvy snail was trying to get into the curved patio heater.I think He forgot he had something on his back!

….and finally the truly amazing Starwood hotel, Marqués de Riscal is the curviest exterior of any building I know.

Hello! I’m Anne and it’s a pleasure to have you look in on my little food blog. As a Thermomix user for more than 10 years and an advisor I can tell you the tips, tricks and greatness of this kitchen wonder. Most of the recipes have Thermomix instructions but please dive in - a sponge is a sponge, and pastry can be made traditionally (but why would you?) I am a keen amateur photographer too, so if you’d like to see what I’m up to please visit my other Instagram page @vannilla
